1. Account Registration and Requirements

2.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We also reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time.

2.4 Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

2.5 Digital Content

All CS2 skins and other digital items sold on our Site are virtual items with no real-world value. You acknowledge that you are purchasing the right to use these virtual items within the Counter-Strike 2 game and that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the intellectual property associated with these items.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or causing distress or discomfort to other users
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to parts of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems
• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site

3.2 User Content

If you post, upload, input, submit, or otherwise transmit content to our Site (including reviews, comments, and feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, that the content is accurate, and that its use does not violate these Terms or cause injury to any person or entity.

3.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

CS Gaming Hub, the CS Gaming Hub logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CS Gaming Hub or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of CS Gaming Hub.

Counter-Strike 2, CS2, and all related game content, character names, and likenesses are trademarks and copyrights of Valve Corporation. CS Gaming Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

4.3 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS Gaming Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

7. Disputes Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of the United Kingdom. You and CS Gaming Hub agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

7.3 Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and policies referenced herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CS Gaming Hub regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
